Thank you for your interest in our program!

In this project, we provide technical assistance and work closely with participating producers to write a tailored Carbon Farm Plan. Participants receive cash incentives to implement selected conservation practices from the NRCS list of Climate-Smart Mitigation Activities.

Please fill out the form below and a program representative will send you a brief prescreen form. After we establish your eligibility, we’ll send you an application form where you can share more about your agricultural operation. If you’re accepted into the program, you’ll enter into an agreement outlining the terms and benefits and begin working with a regional technical assistance team.
